Main tasks, works:
- offfice preparation of proposals for new projects
- organising tenders;
- Preparation, monitoring and continuous updating of the construction and financial schedule of the project, in cooperation with the financial-accounting administrator;
- preparing the contracts for projects, managing the performance certificates in cooperation with the financial-accounting administrator;
- handling implementation-related correspondences
- daily visits and photographic documentation of construction project sites, preparation of project reports (weekly-monthly)
- continuously encouraging subcontractors to meet the deadlines, and monitoring their work (in quality and in time)
- reporting jams to the supervisor
- recieving orders on the spot
- office preparation for offers of additional work
- performing other, project related tasks
Which is not your task:
- search for new assignments;
- finding new subcontractors;
- invoicing, managing payments.

Requirements for the job:
- minimum secondary education, preferably in construction;
- 3+ years relevant experience;
- independent, precise and organised work;
- problem-solving skills;
- ability to work in a disciplined manner, meeting deadlines, and managing time and priorities effectively,;
- high level of organisational and logistical skills;
- stong personality, outstanding communication skills;
- sophisticated appearance;
- confident knowledge of MS Project, Excel and Word;
- intermediate level of English.
Considered as advantages for filling the position:
- higher education, preferably in civil engineering, or architecture;
- business English language skills;
- Category B driving licence
